Those who use our services are required to complete a registration form online for the purpose of advertising their real estate.  We gather contact and demographic information pertaining to the owner.  Information gathered from our ad forms is provided voluntarily by clients to be published online. 

We will maitain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your personal data. We do not share personal data with other companies for marketing or similiar purposes.  Those who submit their personal information can be assured that it will not leave the office of OAL Owner Agent Ltd., the owner and operated of www.theowneragent.com.

It should be mentioned that we have no control over who views the online ads. This should be considered as a risk when posting your contact information online.   Others may use this information to solicit business from you.  However not providing your contact information will make it difficult for those interested in legitimately viewing your property for the intent to purchase.

Customers financial information is collected for the sake of billing the user for services rendered.  This information will be retained only as required to process the transaction and for as long as may be required by law.

We may contact you via e-mail or telephone to inform you of servicing offerings provided by advertisers on our site.  These notifications will come from OAL Owner Agent Ltd. and therefor there is no need to be concerned about your personal information being viewed by third parties.
