  1. Under no circumstance may the content on the website www.theowneragent.com be copied, reproduced, altered, published, distributed and/or transmitted in anyway. If one would like approval to use content from this site they must be granted permission from the executives of OAL Owner Agent Ltd.
  2. While OAL Owner Agent Ltd. does its best to assure that information on www.theowneragent.com is factual and accurate there is no guarantee that it is exact and complete. We suggest individuals who use our service do further due diligence.
  3. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. trusts that the information provided by issuers of advertisements is correct.
  4. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. does its best to ensure that all errors made are corrected in an efficient manner to prevent damages. It is always the responsibility of the owner of a listing to ensure their listing is accurate and error free.
  5. Although we do our best to ensure all information on our site is accurate and complete.  We recommend users conduct further research into how to complete a private sale.  This includes but not limited to meeting with a real estate lawyer for independant legal advice.
Limitation of Service
  1. Individuals/companies are solely responsible for the photos, listing, property details, notes, text or any other content uploaded. Those who create a listing are prohibited from posting or transmitting information that is not their property without permission to do so. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. is not obligated but reserves the right to review the site and may delete or remove (without notice) content on their own discretion. As an advertiser or creator of a listing you are solely responsible at your own expense to create backup copies and replace or update any content you post on the site or provide to the company.
  2. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. provides an advertising service and by no means acts as a realtor. No one on our team is a licensed realtor and therefore we are not considered experts. 
  3. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. who operates the website www.theowneragent.com is not responsible for providing a refund once a listing is active or complete.
  4. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. is not responsible in any way for the non sale or failure to sell a property.
Advertisement Guidelines
  1. Each advertisement subscription is for one property only. 
  2. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. reserves the right to remove any listing if the property is listed with a realtor or on www.mls.ca.
  3. Use common sense when using our site and particular care when revealing personal information. Please note when using our site there is a risk of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretences. 
 
Limited Liability
  1. OAL Owner Agent Ltd. who owns and operates www.theowneragent.com disclaims all and any liability to advertisers and readers of any kind of losses or damage of any nature whatsoever.
  2. All users are responsible to verify advertisements and message details carefully before entering into any agreement. We strongly suggest you seek legal counsel prior to purchasing any property listed on our website.
  3. In the event you have a dispute with another user you free OAL Owner Agent Ltd., its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or our service.
  4. Under no circumstance shall OAL Owner Agent Ltd. be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, resulting from any aspect of the use of www.theowneragent.com or the service.
  5. Your dealings with any organization and/or individuals found through our service, including payment and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.
  6. Throughout our site there maybe the opportunity to be redirected to a third parties site. Please familiarize yourself with their terms and condition along with privacy settings. Although we try our best to ensure the sites we have links to are that of reputable organization we cannot guarantee satisfaction with their products or services.
Governed by the Law
  1. Buying and Selling through www.theowneragent.com is available only to users who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. The applicable law is the law of British Columbia. All parties participating in the use of the services provided by OAL Owner Agent Ltd. submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
